PURCHASE TO SHIPPING PERIOD

Each item purchased is shipped out within 2 – 5 business days after purchase depending on the volume of online orders pending. An email will be sent to buyer if item still is not shipped by the third day.
An email with a tracking number (if applicable) would be sent to the buyer prior to items being shipped.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY On All U.S.A Orders Of $150 Or More

If you’re based in the US, spend $150 or more and receive FREE standard delivery via Royal Mail. Your parcel will be trackable and will take 2 – 5 working days after your item has been shipped to arrive.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY On European, Uk & Canada Orders Of $250 Or More

For customers shopping in the EU, Uk, or Canada, enjoy FREE standard international delivery when you spend $250 or more. Please allow  5 – 14 working days for delivery.

  • Please note, the international part of the transit is managed by local courier services and is not tracked by Royal Mail after it reaches the destination country. In the rare event of the goods being delayed overseas, it may be difficult for our customer service team to trace your package.
  • Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch, dependant on the destination.

For customers shopping in Australia, Middle East or Rest of World, enjoy FREE standard delivery when you spend $300 or more. Please allow 5 – 21 working days for delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY For UK Orders

For express delivery, you must place your order before 12pm Monday – Friday (GMT). If your order is placed after the midday deadline, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note, for customers based in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, allow within 3 working days from dispatch. All express deliveries are tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch.

EXPRESS DELIVERY For International Orders

All international orders are shipped securely via Parcelforce Worldwide. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery after dispatch. All express deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch. Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Underated. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as MotherlandCouture cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy.


As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase. We offer exchanges, refunds on all items within 14 days of receipt or store credit after 14 days, which is valid for 6 months for use online.If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our customer services representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer..For any returns please email motherlandcouture@gmail.com. All returns must be accompanied by a unique return code provided by our sales department. Please do not attempt ship back any item without your unique number  on your parcel.

 

Exchange/Refund Policy

Should you wish to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please refer to the table below as a guideline and contact us within 14 days from receiving your order explaining the reason for your exchange request. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange, refund or store credit.

1. Exchange Conditions

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline only to our exchange/refund policy:

General

  • Exchanges/Refunds accepted within 14 days of receipt
  • Store credit will be issued after 14 days.
  • Items must not be damaged, worn, washed.
  • Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Evaluation process may take up to 14 days from receipt.
  • Upon dispute, the exchange decisions by MotherlandCouture will be final.


Apparel

  • Items must be in an unworn, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Headwear & Footwear

  • No returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Please note items remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Underated. Therefore it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. Once we receive your package, we will evaluate the products before proceeding with exchanging your order or issuing store credits. Underated reserves the right to replace the faulty item with one of the same style, size and colour.

2. Store Credit

Underated store credit will be given when an exchange is unavailable and when an item is returned after 14 days of receipt. Store credits are valid for a period of 6 months from the initial date of issue.

3. Sale

Please note there are no refunds for sale items, promotion items and general items bought with discount and rep codes.

4. Size

For Any reason the size you bought does not fit you, contact motherlandCouture immediately for exchange.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
